Our Approach
Our Results-Driven Methodology
Twelve:01 – A Minute Into a New Day
A pivotal moment at the start of a new day, where we help organizations establish the compliance they need today to transform their capabilities for tomorrow. With decades of experience and impact in the accredited CME/CE space, we work collaboratively with our clients to solve compliance challenges that allow our partners and their learners to thrive.
Strengthening Programs. Enhancing Capabilities.
Twelve:01 helps CME/CE organizations strengthen the compliance foundation they need today, while building the strategic and operational capabilities they’ll need for tomorrow. Our approach is proactive, structured, and collaborative: we assess where your program stands, develop a strategy aligned with your goals, and work alongside your team to implement sustainable solutions. The result is a stronger CME/CE program – compliant, strategically aligned, operationally sound – and a team that’s stronger for having worked with us.
The Twelve:01 Consulting Methodology
We believe a proactive, structured, and collaborative approach is the key to addressing accredited CME/CE needs. Rather than applying a fixed template, we align our methodology to your organization’s goals. Our engagements move through five phases, scaled to the complexity of the challenge in front of you.
- Discovery
- Assessment
- Strategy Development
- Implementation & Training
- Continuous Improvement
